    The Erie County Clerk's Office is one of the most utilized government offices in Erie County, overseeing your local Department of Motor Vehicles, maintaining Real Property Records such as deeds and mortgages, and keeping all court-related documents through the State Supreme Court and County Court of Erie County.

    As a lawyer, business owner and former New York Secretary of State, I have the experience necessary to run your County Clerk’s Office in an efficient, cost-effective manner with a steadfast focus on you, the customer.

    The Erie County Clerk’s Office processes over 2 million transactions annually. Thanks to former County Clerk Kathy Hochul’s successful management in recent years, the Office has earned a reputation of providing high-quality customer service.  As her successor, I will implement new programs and policies to improve on that level of service, and make certain that the Clerk’s Office performs its duties efficiently as possible to save you, the taxpayer, time and money.

    I believe your government should work for you and with you, not against you, and that is why I am running for County Clerk.
